Expanding support beyond the therapy room.
The One Mind Foundation Community Classes and Camps are designed to bring whole-child education and prevention-focused support directly into the community. These programs translate the clinical knowledge and expertise of the One Mind multidisciplinary team into engaging, accessible learning experiences for children and families.
Through movement-based activities, creative play, nature experiences, and hands-on learning, children build essential social, emotional, and developmental skills, including emotional regulation, resilience, confidence, self-awareness, and problem-solving. Clinicians intentionally design each program to help children understand their minds and bodies while practicing skills they can use in everyday life.

These classes and camps also create opportunities for families to learn alongside their children, strengthening the environments where children grow, learn, and thrive. By offering community-based education, the One Mind Foundation helps make research-informed strategies accessible to more families across Central Indiana.
At their core, One Mind Foundation programs focus on prevention, empowerment, and connection, helping children build strong foundations so they can grow into confident, capable, and resilient individuals.
