What This Transition Means for You
What’s changing?
Our name is evolving from Mini Minds to One Mind.
This change reflects the growth of our practice and the full scope of whom we serve today.
While the name is changing, everything that matters most remains the same.
Is anything changing about my care
or services?
No.
You will continue to see the same clinicians.
Your appointments and services remain the same.
Our approach to care and collaboration is unchanged.
This is a name change only.
Nothing about your care is changing.

Why the name One Mind?
When Mini Minds first began, our focus was primarily on preschool and elementary-aged children. Over time, we listened closely to families and grew alongside them.
Today, we support children, teens, young adults, parents, couples, and families across many ages and stages.
The name One Mind reflects:
Our belief is that care works best when everything is connected.
A collaborative team working together as one.
Long-term support for families as needs evolve.
It represents one team, one coordinated approach, and one place families can count on.
Does this mean you no longer work with young children?
Not at all.
Supporting young children remains a core part of our work. At the same time, we are proud to support families beyond early childhood as children grow and their needs change.
One Mind reflects our ability to grow with families over time, rather than supporting only one stage.
Why make this change now?
This change reflects who we already are today.
As families stayed with us longer and our team expanded its expertise across ages and stages, it became clear that our name should better represent the continuity and depth of care we provide.
Families told us how exhausting it can feel to start over at every new stage, re-explaining their story and searching for new providers as their child grows. We believe families deserve a different experience.

What does “connected care” mean?
Connected care means:
Looking beyond isolated symptoms.
Understanding how emotions, behavior, sensory needs, relationships, and environment all work together.
A team of professionals collaborating and sharing insight.
Instead of managing multiple providers and plans, families experience care that feels coordinated, clear, and supportive.
How will this affect my services?
Do I need to do anything because of this change?
No action is needed.
You can continue scheduling appointments, attending sessions, and communicating with our team as usual. During the transition, you may see both names used together for a while. This is expected and intentional.
When will the name officially change?
The transition will happen gradually over the coming weeks and months.
We are making this change thoughtfully so it feels steady and clear for familiesand community partners. Nothing is changing overnight.
What does this mean for our community
moving forward?
This transition marks the beginning of a broader vision.
Mind is growing into a model that includes clinical care, community programs, education, and a foundation rooted in access and advocacy, all designed to support families in a way that feels connected, consistent, and human.
Who can I talk to if I have questions?
