Meet
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Hello! I have been practicing as a psychiatric nurse practitioner
for 10 years and prior to opening Clear Perspectives in 2021,
I accumulated a variety of experiences, including working in both inpatient and outpatient settings at the St. Vincent Stress Center (where I am on staff), serving as the medication provider for the DePauw University Counseling Center, and managing those with co-occurring substance abuse diagnoses.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International and in Reflective Practices Mentoring, which broadens my scope of practice. I also have additional training through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, with the goal
of going beyond symptom reduction and achieving a state of wellness.
I completed her undergraduate education at DePauw University before pursuing her graduate nursing degree
at Vanderbilt University, and am a member of the Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Indiana (CAPNI)
and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association (APNA).
I believe that mental health symptoms rarely exist in a vacuum, and I love to work with entire families and/or support systems to ensure she is addressing the whole picture. As an Indianapolis native, I am passionate about serving the families in this community.
