Meet
Assistant Practice Manager
Since 2007, I’ve been sharing a little bit of the East Coast with the Midwest. Born in New Jersey, I graduated from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, in 1998 with a BA in the School of Communication. Growing up as an only child with divorced parents and living with a young working mother, I learned the importance of building and maintaining relationships through interpersonal communication.
After college, I recruited and staffed jobs in Philadelphia. I am a really social person and enjoy working with people from all walks of life in the city, helping them find work. In 2004, I had my son & found it important personally to be able to stay home to be with my children. During those 18 years, I helped other families as a child caregiver, being there for their babies while they were at work.
Two years ago, I rejoined the workforce part-time at my church as the communication coordinator. I am thrilled to start with One Mind & see the new Broad Ripple office take off. I am excited about my role helping the whole company with HR paperwork, social media, and staff recognition, as well as providing a range of administrative and logistical assistance.
One Mind is exactly what my family and I needed 40 years ago. It fills my heart with joy to know that so many more individuals will receive the help they need, and that families can grow together positively.
Personally, I will always be a proud Jersey girl, married to my college sweetheart. We have three children: two in college and one starting high school next year. We lived in AZ for three years & adopted our sweet dog, Bo Jackson, there. We also have a cat, Lily James, named after Harry Potter’s parents! In our free time, we love attending most sporting events, taking trips to the Outer Banks with our family & seeing whatever Broadway show we can. I love the color red, my favorite flower is a sunflower, and winter is my favorite season.
